How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?

What carpet cleaning method do you use?

At Enviro Tech Carpet Cleaning, we use hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning. It’s the method most carpet manufacturers recommend and is highly effective at removing dirt, allergens, and deep-set stains.

How long does it take for the carpets to dry?

Drying time varies depending on carpet type, weather, and ventilation, but typically takes 4 to 8 hours. We recommend keeping foot traffic to a minimum during this time and using fans to speed up drying.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?

Yes! We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for the whole family—including your furry ones.

Can you remove all stains?

We do our best to tackle even the toughest stains like wine, pet accidents, ink, and grease. While most stains come out completely, some older or set-in stains may only lighten. We’ll always be honest about what results you can expect.
